After resume drop online, I was offered a phone interview with HR manager. Mostly behavioral questions like why finance, what do I know about investment, why fosun, and talking about my past experience.
Interview Questions
I explained why I wanted to go into investment, the interviewer commented that many of the things I mentioned can be found in other careers. He asked me to explain why I am interested in investment specifically.
interviewer also asked me a few questions on recent deals. I only prepared one deal in great details but he asked for 2. in addition, he asked for a subsidiary that fosun has under its portfolio in the past that interested me, which I did not prepare at all.
He asked me to compare investment banking and investment company and explain why fosun is appealing to me.
