Interview
The interview process started with the application on the website. After that, I had a phone interview, then a 1:1 skype interview, then another skype interview where it rotated through multiple people.
Interview Questions
A lot of the interview questions were pretty standard behavioral questions that you might get from any general accounting firm. They asked things like biggest strengths and weaknesses. A big thing they focused on was the culture. They wanted to know what things I was looking for in a firm because they have a very specific culture being a solely bay area based firm. They also wanted to know why I wanted to work in the bay area. They wanted people who were serious about starting a career there, so they wouldn't be wasting their time on someone who was just looking to get a job somewhere.
