Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process started with a pre-recorded video interview, followed by a super day invitation (Freddie Day). On Freddie Day, there were 2 interviews, a one on one with a senior member of the team followed by a panel interview.
The one on one was mostly focussed on my past experience, and a few basics about risk, interest rates and the fixed income markets (a little bit about mortgages as well).
The panel discussion was purely behavioural, with typical questions such as "How would you resolve a conflict within your team?" and "Describe a situation where you have used an out of the box approach to solve a problem".
I did not receive an offer.
