The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Had an exploding deadline elsewhere, so reached out to alum at school to set something up. Entire process lasted less than 1 week.
Interview Questions
Expected very in-depth dive into a sell-side M&A process and documents necessary at each stage. Small shop so technicals are very important here. Went in depth into each stage, what happens if something unexpected may happen in a stage, etc. Listed out documents in order as they appear (Teaser, NDA, CIM, IOI, LIO, Term Sheet). Also was asked basic DCF questions, but then dove down to theoretical level very quickly. Expected to understand the concept behind questions, in addition to just a base level of what they mean.

Interview
Applied via ocr system, then had a fit-based phone interview before heading into their New York office for a superday.
Interview Questions
There was a ratio exercise related to bank valuation where I was asked to compare various bank-specific ratios. Not too difficult, however I had not worked with some of the ratios before. Definitely take your time and write down the information they give you with a pen and paper. Other than that you really need to understand whats going on in the markets and how they affect banks. it helps to understand excess equity and ddm models, and be sure to have a bank stock ready for a pitch. other than this pretty standard ib interviews.

Interview
Applied online, was reached out to conduct a phone interview. Phone interview was pure behavioral. Then moved on to an excel test, which was very basic (vlookup, hlookup, etc.). Final round was a superday of 3 rounds with the entire team.
Interview Questions
No difficult questions at all, the people just were not very personable. I gave my impression of what I thought they did, and how my skills were in line for it. They asked why I'm looking to switch companies, and I said theirs was more in line with my long-term goals. They grilled me about the company I work for now and what I do, and they could not wrap their heads around the line of business that I was currently in. They asked about current events (deals, economic environment, etc.). Truthfully, firm just seemed like a bunch of wannabe IBD guys who didn't make the cut...wouldn't recommend this place.

Interview
Had networked with an associate. Got in touch when I heard they were hiring. Had first round phone interview with an analyst. Fairly technical, covered LBO modeling, drivers of LBO returns, etc. Then came in for in person interviews. Met with almost everyone at the firm over the course of three additional rounds. Interviews were a mix of fit and technical, and were fairly technical. One interview involved a back of the envelope valuation case study.
Interview Questions
Was asked about evaluating whether to buy or lease a building and how to go about analyzing the decision between the two options.
