Interview
The hiring and interview process can be be very vague and obscure. There is very few details in the expectation of the applicant. The job posting is taken done without notice not after the job positioned has been filled. Job requirements and specifications are not clearly defined at the interviewer rarely mentions the functions of the position to begin with.

There is a conflict of information I've received about their hiring process . Often the company has single day interviews where the recruiting coordinator and relevant heads of departments meet with the applicant for a single position at other times a person may return for a second round of interviews.

Interview
The interview process for Frost Bank was fairly quick. They had slacked off and were not able to hire an intern in the course of the semester and needed one urgently for the summer. I met with the recruiter at a on-campus event (I go to STMU), she was very nice and called me next day to schedule a phone interview.

The phone interview was basically going through my resume. By the end of the week I was invited to a 1 on 1 interview with one of the VP's at Frost. The lady was very nice, the interview continued to be behavioral and based on my experiences.
