Unexpected question was more personal, asking details about recent school project I worked on, again not hard.
Spring Analyst Interview - Mergers and Acquisitions
The interview process consisted of 3 interviews, one with an analyst, then an associate, then a director. The majority of questions were behavioral and asked about my experience listed on resume. Tested my understanding of what an investment banker does and there were a handful of very basic technicals (walk through dcf, what are 3 statements etc). Nothing out of what you would expect. For the most part very conversational and relaxed. I could tell they were looking for someone who knew what they were talking about, but would also be friendly and personable in the office.

What experiences in finance do you have? - This might have only been relevant for me since I had a sales and trading and private equity internship on my resume.
You should be able to prepare sufficiently by studying WSO guides. Not overly complicated. , They were pretty straightforward questions. Mostly valuation, some accounting, and fit questions.
