Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I saw a post on the Gain Capital site stating the firm has accepting applications for an open position as a Forex specialist. I submitted my resume to the contact HR on the site and received a follow up email within the week. I had a 30 minute phone session with a company rep about my work experience and was asked to come in for an interview the following day. The face to face interview has a 3hr process in which I interviewed with 3 reps separately. I was asked by the 3 reps the same 10 questions.
