Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process for the GarageCo internship was a really engaging and insightful experience. As a student, I appreciated how organized and personal it felt from start to finish. It began with an online application and a short assessment that tested basic analytical and problem-solving skills. A few days later, I was invited to a virtual interview with a recruiter, which focused mainly on behavioral questions about teamwork, leadership, and time management. The next round was a panel-style interview with members of the GarageCo team, where I was asked a mix of technical and scenario-based questions related to business strategy and project management. They really wanted to understand how I think through problems and communicate ideas. Overall, the process was conversational and made me feel comfortable sharing my experiences as a student, while also giving me a clear picture of GarageCo’s collaborative and innovative culture.
