First round is HR 30-min screening interview, second is one-to-one case interview, third is a panel interview with 3 managers, last one is a case interview with VP
Interview Questions
1. Why Gartner? One experience that can show your initiative
2. The first case interview was not difficult because the interviewer was very nice and kindly guided me to the right answers.
3. The panel interview and the last case interview were on the same day. They were very stressful. And I took them through Skype. First, you needed to prepare a PPT describing your achievements and why you are a good fit for Gartner. Three managers would ask you questions during the process. Then the final round is a case interview with VP.

Interview
I applied online and then had multiple interviews with the recruiters over the phone, one video interview with a young associate, then a final round on-site with three hour-long interviews back to back to back with higher up people.
Interview Questions
The majority of the interviews were behavioral but the video interview with the associate had a very small easy case component, and then one of the final three interviews was dedicated to a case that was a lot of finding percentages and increasing clients for Gartner. One difficult question from one of the higher up interviewers was to roleplay like he was the president of my school and ask him for funding for a club I was in after he had just cut funding, and immediately when I began to answer he started checking his phone. All of the interviewers asked pretty much the same questions.

Interview
Applied through college resource. Was contacted about a week after for phone interview. After was another phone interview, followed by a video interview.
Interview Questions
I did not prepare nearly enough for the case study portion during the video interview. Other than that, the other half consisted of questions asking about resume, work experience, followed by a couple behavioral. The phone interviews previous were information based, talking about next steps and the internship in general. .
