Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Spoke with COO over the phone first to garner interest and learn about the firm and available position. Then interviewed for associate position with healthcare team within firm. Consisted of multiple phone interviews before invitation to come out to San Francisco for full day of in person interviews. No technical interviews, mostly just fit and personality. VP and MD were available for multiple phone conversations leading up to offer to gauge level of interest and answer questions. Overall process was relatively easy, especially after having done bulge bracket interviewing years prior.
