I applied online and heard back roughly two to three weeks later. I initially had a phone screen in which they asked me basic questions about myself, background, and why I was a good fit for GE. They were heavily focused on fit and provided technical questions as a means to weed out the competition. After the initial interview, I spoke to the group manager and answered quite a few behavioral questions. I received my formal offer roughly two weeks after my final interview.
