Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied for this position through on-campus recruiting. First interview was strictly behavioral (rapid fire questions, clearly not led by the interviewer) and lasted 1 hour. A week or two later I got an email about a second/final round interview with them in Norwalk, CT. This consisted of two panel discussions, a group presentation or challenge, and only one interview. Personally, my second round interview was way more relaxed. Advice: be vocal but also ask smart questions.
