Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview and in-person interview, both non-technical. You can tell that GE is committed to professional development and diversity in the workplace which was emphasized by the interviewer. Overall I felt the interviewer was reading off a list of questions instead of actually trying to get to know me and gauge whether I was qualified for the job.
