First reached out by a recruiter. Quick phone call to clear up some logistical questions (i.e., preferred location, GPA, etc.) Then got scheduled the final round, which consisted of 3 separate 1:1 interviews with directors/managers. All behavioral questions mainly asked about my background and prior experience. Felt like conversations, one of the interviewers even stopped asking questions mid-way because she became so interested in my background story at a previous position. Heard back 2 weeks later for an offer call.
