Emerging Leaders Program

I was contacted with an email a week after I had applied online to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was set up 2 weeks later and it consisted of the usual behavioral questions, mostly about leadership and team building experience. A day later I got a call and an e-mail with a link for HireVue. This recorded "interview" was also behavioral in nature- 11 questions, 3 minutes to respond and record yourself, then 30 seconds to read the question. a couple of the questions were long, so most of the 30 seconds you spent on reading the question instead of preparing for it!
