Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first applied online and then was emailed to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and consisted of behavioral questions. I was then invited to the next stage of the process which is a personality/skills tests. After passing the tests, they moved me onto the next step the same day which was a 1-1 interview with a recruiter and then moved me again to an interview with the regional manager. They called by the end of the day with an offer.
