Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Initially contacted by a recruiter about a month after applying online. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire, cover letter, resume, and transcripts. After I turned in the requested materials, I was asked to perform an online analytical test which was very easy. About a day after completing the test, I was asked to set up a general phone interview. The interview was very straight forward mostly behavioral questions and why GEICO. After I was flown to the DC metro area where I interviewed with a manager, sr manager, and director. once again straight forward behavioral questions, why GEICO, why DC, why retention.
