The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The interview process was very standard. After a phone screening, there were several rounds of interviews reviewing my work experience, motivations, industry knowledge, technical skills, and so forth. There was nothing that took me by surprise, but they are thorough so one should be well prepared. I met with 4-5 people in the firm but the only senior person I spent significant time with was the group head.
Interview Questions
Tell me about this [extracurricular]? What do you think is going on in that industry? I don't want to disclose any more specifics, but they did not leave any area of the resume untouched.
Tell me about this job [ prior to current experience]? I had prepared less for older experiences that were not as relevant to the industry and needed some time to think about them. Again, they were very thorough.
