Financial analyst

First of I got to take three tests, then general talk about my previous experience, what I knew about the company and how I'd tackle different situations (stress, missing info etc.) and how I would resolve them. Then a general walkthough of my test scores and how I could explain them.

For the second time I was asked a lot of personal questions and given theoretical settings where I would think of a given example of a real life work problem and how I would solve it. (Consulting type questions)

For the third interview I was interviewed by the CEO and CFO which asked a lot of technical questions about accounting, finance, modeling, foreign exchange challenges etc.

I received a job offer about two weeks after this.
