Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interned with General Electric over the prior summer but still had to interview for the Financial Management Program. The interview process consisted of one phone call which was mainly fit as well as them getting an understanding of your desire for the position.
A week or two later I went into the headquarters and interviewed with three separate managers in a one on one setting. The interviews remained fit and discussions of prior experience. Very little technical questions and more understanding of what GE as a whole does as well as what the finance department within GE is responsible for.
