Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process is pretty standard for the college recruitment and not too difficult. We had a finance/IQ exam before the the on-site interviews followed by a group case study and four 1 on 1 interviews. The group case study was an assessment of how you worked and interacted in a group setting. You want to be vocal but not overpowering over other members of the group. The interviews primarily asked about behavioural questions and I had brainteaser asked in two of the interviews. The favourite question was "talk about a time you failed".
