Please describe the interview / hiring process.

First interview was on campus with 2 former FMPs. Be prepared to get drilled on the details of your transcript as it's requested that you bring it. There were no technical questions, purely conversational. I was then wait listed for about 2 months until I found out I moved on to a final round phone interview with the business I was placed in. This interview was much more relaxed. I received notice of an offer from my interviewers the next day.
