General Interview Information
Interview Details
My second interview was on campus and consisted of 6 hours of group work, a presentation, and a 1-on-1 interview. I found that the presentation and group work was the most challenging because there were some people there who had previously worked for GE the past summer and knew what to say and how to act. The group project itself wasn't hard but speaking up was a little more challenging as people were trying to get the first and last word in. The 1-on-1 interview I assumed would be behavioral as well since reviews had said it would be. However, my interviewer asked me current event questions and briefly touched on my unusual educational background. Everyone else I talked to, however, did not get current event questions. They got behavioral ones.
