Started with a phone interview. All the usual suspects (questions) were there - lasted perhaps 30 minutes.

Next, I had an in person interview consisted of a 1 on 1 with the head trader, and a 1 on 1 with the head of H.R.

H.R asked more personal questions.
Head Trader asked logic puzzles.

After that, we had a group interview. We had to successfully complete a military style planning event.
