Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They were recruiting after a fall career fair at my school. Had a first round phone interview - talked about my interest in finance and why I was interested in Genworth. Was then invited to come down to Richmond for a final round. Had two 30 minute 1 on 2 interviews that were mostly behavioral and fit based. One technical that was asked was for me to explain something that I had learned in finance or accounting (I chose the Statement of CF). Everyone was very nice and the firm seems to have a great culture.
