It was simple and easy! Good process. Very nice people laid back. Super helpful and could tell they really wanted you to succeed. Everyone that I spoke to was very easy to talk to and didn't ask me many questions I didn't know the answer to. I would say to be yourself because they are really looking for intelligent people who fit in and really can be team players. I think a positive attitude, background research, an interest in finance or that division is a must. Everyone I know that works there loves working there and I feel like its an amazing opportunity to work with a highly regarded fortune 500 company. Take your time answering questions and think everything through before you just answer. They take a ton of people from elite schools and it may be intimidating if you aren't from a target school, but its definitely not something that should hinder your chances if you can prove you are motivated, interested, and want to be there.
