First was 1-hour phone interview consist of 30min behavioral and 30 min case interview. not so hard if you prepare
Interview Questions
the case was kinda hard. given a actual project they did. it was about a pharmusetucal company thinking lauching a anti-smoke monitor device. need to think of goto market strategy. and market size then how should they enter the market. The case wasn't hard, it just the nature of case wasn the one that i prepare for. so i might came out as unconfident, and stuck in the final conclusion part. which ruin the impression. but be calm, take time and pratice often will make case interview easier. Not very diff.
