The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Applied online. Two rounds of phone interviews, came into office for series of 1 on 1 interviews--mostly behavioral-type questions and seeing if I understood the company/role. Afterwards they sent me a case study to complete simulating the work you would do in the position. After turning it in I had an hour-long phone call with someone on the team I was applying for walking him through my answer/reasoning. They then had me back into the office for another series of 1-on-1 interviews and to give a presentation on some questions they had sent me beforehand. After 3 phone calls, a case study, a round-table presentation, and about 14 1-on-1 interviews they sent me a boilerplate, two sentence e-mail informing me they had "decided not to pursue my candidacy."
Interview Questions
Explain the day-to-day responsibilities of the job (the one I was applying for) as best as I understood it.
The case study was very difficult--you are asked to find real-world experts on a relatively esoteric specialization (I believe mine involved East-Asian renewable energy production), including their backgrounds and contact information.
