The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Interview
I found the email address online on a forum and then I sent them an email asking for an interview. I didn't get any response until ten days later. Then the interviewer conducted a brief interview via the phone call. I answered the questions and get accepted.
Interview Questions
The most difficult part of the interview might be the question "why do you want to be an equity research analyst intern?". Normal as it might seem, I actually did not prepare for it quite well since I only regarded it as a backup option and wanted to go IBD instead. The other difficult question for me is that "You interned at a blockchain company. Can you explain how the blockchain technology would change the gambling industry?" (the interviewer is an equity analyst specialized in the gambling sector).
