Interview
No formal onboarding process at Gilder. A PM I met via networking invited me to come in for an interview. Met with 5 members of one of the investment groups within the firm. No technical questions asked - GGH is more concerned with a candidates ability to think outside of the box, think creatively and see trends ahead of the curve. GGH does not seek the cookie cutter sell-side mentality.
