Interview
Get connected by a headhunter. Got an phone interview with both their HR and the CEO, who grilled me over an experience he considered as failure, then followed by a brain teaser. Then a code test on data processing & analysis. Then asked me for transcripts and referral (which is negotiable) then the onsite. They asked candidate to prepare a slides presentation about themselves & about research, then the usual form of onsite interview, including an hour-long independent coding test. Two weeks later they asked for ref again and I declined.
