The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
First stage was online application - had to write a CL about the reason why you chose the company
Next was online assessment tests - included personality/behavioural tests and a video interview
Last stage was a 1 day assessment centre - packed full of activities from 8-5
Interview Questions
They had roleplay session during the final round accessment centre. The difficulty of the roleplay differed from person to person as they had 8 accessors. The candidates played the role of a manager who had to talk an underperforming employee. Role play session lasted about 15 minutes and every accessor played a slightly different character - so it is impossible to prepare before hand.

They also had 2 group discussions. No need to present - just need to discuss in a group.

Hardest part was stamina - given that the assessment centre lasted an entire day.

Interview
The interview process is just like any other MNCs. The first round is a personality test cum logical reasoning followed by video interview and finally an assessment center
Interview Questions
Interview questions were fairly standard. The main purpose of the interview was to see whether you have any leadership qualities so interview questions will center around that particular quality. There was a role play in the assessment center that was quite interesting. Candidates were asked to role play as a superior on how to management someone below you. The tips that I was given was that candidates should remember to acknowledge any efforts by your teammate first before bringing up any subject.
