Summer analyst

Interview process took about 2.5 months. Interviews consisted of a first round with 2 analysts asking behaviorals such as why IB, why this firm, pretty common questions followed by technicals which were challenging but nothing out of the ordinary, no brain teasers - call was about 45 minutes. 2nd round was 1 on 1 with associate about 3 weeks later and interview was very relaxed and all behaviorals. Super day was 30 minute interviews with 4-5 MDs and mostly behavioral with some questions about what IB is and processes in the profession. All interviewers were very personable and easy going.
