Glencore - Global Trader Graduate Scheme
I made it to the final round.
First round consists of meeting other candidates at a hotel for a company presentation with many traders/professional present.
Second round consists of interview with two traders + HR being a mix of fit and technical
Third round is a super day. With trading simulations, negotiations and around 4 interviews with traders. Mostly fit with the occasional technical. e.g. Japan is hit by an earthquake, what do you invest in?
