First contact was a few weeks after submitting my application online. I received an unannounced call that was rather screening than an actual interview. I was asked why I was interested in the commodity industry and to what degree I am willing to relocate. Got invited for an in-person interview with 2x2 people lasting for almost two hours in total. First round was mostly behavioral and fit and easy to pass if you know your CV well. Second round was more technical but doable with the right amount of preparation. Definitely absorb their webpage and speak to many people in the industry, it will help getting a grasp of how these people think.
