Global asset allocation Limited (GAA) is an independent fund management company based in Bermuda.

GAA, in accordance with Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) regulations and guidelines, provides investment management services to sister company, GAA Investment Funds Ltd (GAAIFL).

GAAIFL , in turn, is authorised by the BMA under Section 11 of the Investment Funds Act 2006. As an 'umbrella trust company', GAAIFL prepares and issues its own underlying fund prospectuses in accordance with Bermuda law and makes its funds available to investors via an international network of independent financial advisors.
