The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview Questions
Did not receive “difficult” questions; however, the interviewers wanted the exact answer that was in their head. The concept for the most “difficult” question was as follows: “If you were stranded on the moon with no network or previous connections how would you begin to build a recruiting firm?” This question is fairly straight forward and I gave a good answer. However, since they were obviously not very good at interviewing, decided to change the variables of the story to make my answer incorrect. I would say, just as a general example: “Begin to contact firms looking for positions to be filled and from there, begin to build a pool of candidates.” They the one guy would say something stupid like: “Oh you are on the moon, you don’t have any contacts.” They would say something like that to every answer I gave. Not really sure why they interviewed me. Everything up until this point was great.
