Interview
First rounds consist of a phone interview with an Associate in LV, and it consists of basic technicals depending on your background (walk me through a DCF, how does $10 depreciation affect 3 statements, etc., writing off $100 factory, and lots of multiple questions).
Second round consists of meeting a MD, also fairly basic techinicals, although they will be rapid fire questions.
Third round will be another phone chat with an MD (CPA), so expect lots of accounting questions.

a series of interviews with different analysts and associates and then the owner of the bank. it's relative straightforward and as long as you know what's up it's good. prepare for technicals and also fit questions. found the internship opportunity by emailing them.
