It was all going over your resume, past experiences, your availability, and fit. Spoke to someone on the phone then set up a time for when I could come up to their NYC office and meet in person. On the phone she was very nice but then once I met in person seemed a bit snooty and not so helpful or encouraging.
Interview Questions
What salary range are you looking at? I did not think this would come up so I was unprepared, I told her I knew I would have to take a paycut transitioning into a new career, then she told me it would probably be around 40's.
What do you envision yourself doing eventually? I told her I would like to work in a private equity that works with companies overseas. She said she works in admin and has no idea what that means,
