For context, I was applying from another fund which I had been working at for 2 years.

Overall 3 rounds

1st round was a 30 minute interview ("sniff" test round) with a portfolio manager. Questions were all very straight forward and simple. Why do you want to work here, why are you leaving your old firm etc.

2nd round was close to an hour with two portfolio managers each asking questions. Given I was working as an equity analyst already, most of the questions were around which companies I liked, and to walk through my thesis. I would say the majority of questions were related to fundamental equity analysis.

3rd round was also with two portfolio managers. This round the questions were much more theoretical around how I would define risk, why or why not is diversification important etc. There were some macro related questions as well: what market indicators do you track and why.
