Applied in-person. Long interview process with 3 phone interviews and 1 video interview. Interviews themselves were very basic and consisted of only behavioural questions.

All of them were very easy. Why Brown Advisory, why Asset Management, Walk me through your resume, what are your strengths and weaknesses? pick some stocks? Large Cap, Small Cap? What has the market been doing lately? and what do you think the market will be doing over the next 12 months or so? Where is the SandP at right now, what about Gold, what about the FTSE500? How have your past experiences prepared you for this? What have you learnt from your failures? Give an example of when you had to work as a team to over come a pressing deadline
