Interview Questions
No questions caught me off guard, I really just prepared all of the basics as far as valuation, and the M&A process goes. I was asked to walk through a DCF, what the three main valuation techniques are, and there was a big emphasis on "why technology."

Why technology was huge because this is an exclusively technology-focused group that works very closely with each other.

I was asked about recent tech news, where I get my news from, and what type of verticals I was interested in during my super day.
