Interview
I met a recruiter at my college virtual career fair and was told to apply for the Corporate Finance internship, which I did. The next few days I received an invitation to a first round interview through Zoom. It was two back to back interviews with a 2 on 1 setting. It lasted for 60 minutes. The interview consisted all behavioral questions. I was told that that the interviewers will ask any technical questions. Some of the questions that I was asked was walk me through your resume, why Grainger, how do you approach a difficult problem, etc. Networking with the recruiters definitely helps. They will give you advice on the recruiting process and will remember you during the interview if you had a meaningful conversation with them.
