Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through their graduate portal after having networked with their recruiter a couple of months prior. Recieved a confirmation through email about the next steps. Was told to do a market research write up (1-page) and send back the next day. Then had a Skype interview with 3 people, 1 VP and then 2 senior associates. Invited out to a super day a couple of days later.
Overall, the interview was very finance technical given the specific position and firm. However, the firm did stress that analysts typically pursue their CFA early on.
