The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Interview
First round was 1 on 1 phone interview that was 30% fit, 70% technical questions in the form of a case study. "If we were to invest in a bridge infrastructure, describe the factors you are considering that influence the project's cash flows." Second round was a take-home modeling test where we needed to model cash flows of a real estate transaction over five years (purchase, revenues, debt schedule, sale, etc.). Final round was a super day where you interview with 3 members of the team back to back (zoom). 1 interview was all technicals (accounting, beta risk), 1 interview was business "sense" (what cities to buy real estate in, how to grow a business), 1 interview was all fit (talks about your resume-specific experiences, discussing current events).
