Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and HR got back to me within about a week to set up a first round phone interview with an analyst. First round is pretty straight forward with basic motivation questions related to M&A and renewables, they also throw in a question regarding a recent deal and what you think of it. Second round is very similar to the first round, except focuses on technical knowledge with an associate. Straight forward questions relating to valuation approaches etc. Finally there is a SuperDay in the office where you'll interview with the entire team including assistants (7-8 interviews). They focus very much on fit here and the technical questions are very easy, so there is not much you can really do to impress and win the offer.
