The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Mostly a personality assessment. Looking to see if you're a socially competent person who has an interest in CRE and lending. Met in the NYC office for an 1 on 1 with the head of talent acquisition.
Interview Questions
No real difficult questions asked. HR mostly wanted to see how you communicate and your motives for getting the job. I applied for an originations role so they were ostensibly looking for someone who could sell themselves. Most questions were open-ended, soliciting a good amount of elaboration on the candidates behalf. HR was very nice and wanted to have a conversation more than anything. You also had to explain "why real estate?" and what makes you different from other candidates. Fairly simple.

Interview
A recruiter got me an interview for the Asset Manager position. The guy who I interviewed with was a very young managing director who was incredibly awkward but a nice guy. After about 10 minutes he told me he just didnt think I was the right fit. I interviewed with him at their corporate headquarters in midtown which is very nice, overlooking the park.
Interview Questions
Do you have experience managing a real estate portfolio in the Midwest / Southeast? I was surprised by this question because my resume should have told him that I clearly did not. He also asked about the scale of the projects I worked on, again in my resume, and understandably not to the scale that the position entailed. After these two questions, he decided he did not want to hire me.
