First phone interview was held with two managers and was really easy. They described the role and what my expectations should look like with joining the team. The second phone interview was with only one of the managers who went into more detail about the day to day outlook of the role. Job offer was given at the end of that interview.

Started with a phone Screen, to 1:1 interview with the Head, then two sets of group interviews, then an offer letter. The process took about 1-2 weeks.
Interview Questions
Nothing out of the ordinary. It was an Analyst group recruitment process, so they believed that we did not know much. If you know the commercial real estate basics, have excellent excel skills, and show genuine interest in CRE finance, then you should be golden.
