I applied online and it was the only shop I got an interview from resume-dropping. I made it through the first round and spoke to 3 people. First rounded consisted strictly on my resume and basic market questions(what stocks, sectors, themese I like). i then advanced to the second round which went amazing and they strictly talked about my resume and athletic background. Next thing I know I did not receive a third round/final interview.

The first round was with a team of three individuals and they asked basic 400IB questions. Got even simplier questions about how to value an apple tree. Interview
I had a phone screen with their Chicago-based industrials group. Pretty small group. I was on the phone with an associate. He asked me TMAY, what's a recent deal you followed, why industrials (really focused on that), why Chicago, and then questions that were based on concepts from the 400 guide. For example, how do you get from EBITDA to Net Income? How do you calculate FCF from cash flow from operations?
Interview Questions
How do you calculate Net Income from EBITDA? Conceptually you should understand this, but I don't think this question shows up verbatim in the 400 M&I guide.
