Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They gave me a call to discuss some topics with me. The interview started with a brief self introduction, followed by some general questions such as the reasons why I wanted the position. The most important part in the interview is your understanding of OTC markets in China, since it is very new. You'd better deliver your opinion on the future development and the potential effects of the new-born Chinese OTC market and its impact on the regular IPO.
